A Community Approach

Tom Dean Swim School brings a greater team ‘community’ experience than traditional learn to swim programmes. Inspired by Olympic team success, Tom has lined his programme with class challenges and gives members exclusive access to regional and national water-based ‘It’s a knockout style’ fun team events. It is designed to disrupt the existing model, maximise water confidence and really celebrate the enjoyment of swimming.

How We Support

In and out of water - we appreciate that schools and communities’ requirements are nuanced and unique.

TDSS team’s skill set ranges widely from providing a programme-led approach focusing on purely lesson implementation, to a facilities-led approach that oversees the management and maintenance of the site’s facilities on a daily basis.
